Permanent Housing Placement

Permanent Housing Placement for Veterans.

It is the goal to assist every Veteran we serve to receive permanent long term housing because “No Veteran Should Be Homeless”. Our Care Coordinators will begin immediately upon intake to identify all possibilities and housing opportunities. We will coordinate with our resource team of County and Local Housing Services, Supportive Services for Veterans and many other service to assist Veterans to obtain suitable housing.
